About our school...

Our school was built in 1931, but is far from being old fashioned! Over the years many things have changed and we now boast a well equipt children's as well as an adults kitchen, two halls and a separate dining hall with food prepared on the premisis. We also have a fabulous enclosed garden which is a valuable part of our children's learning. We have extensive outdoor play and sports areas and a purpose built foundation unit. We have also just added a dance studio which is fabulous.

Don't take our word about how great our school is...read what the children who attend computer club have to say. The children were asked to write things that they don't like about school as well as the things they do.

This school (in my opinion) is the best. If I had to change anything about this school, I wouldn’t change anything. The teachers are some of the best. This School allows disabled
children in it. We have a tyre park; we have a field and two playgrounds. We have three halls, a dining hall, a small hall and a large hall. My favourite lesson is P.E.

The best thing about Grange Park Primary School is the after school clubs, we have millions. I think the best on is cc4g with is short for computer club for girls. We also have a computer club for boys. If you go to one of these after school clubs as well as having great fun you can have your tea. After the after school clubs the next best thing has to be the teachers. I love all the teachers. At our school we have special people that can deal with bullying which I am a part of. My favourite subject has to be maths, I just think it is great. I don’t know why I like it. My worst subject is definitely English I find it so boring.

Our school is great because we have lots of cool after school clubs including CC4G. We have lots of fab teachers. We have three huge halls which we use for P.E, lunch and assemblies. My favourite lessons are English and art. I think music and maths are BORING!!!
It is easy to find friends at this school because everyone is friendly.

Grange Park Primary school is the best school ever because we go on really cool trips like Belsay hall and Derwent Hill. Our uniforms are Green and we have a school logo to so it’s really easy to see us when we're out and about. My favourite lessons are Geography I.T and P.E. We Have three Halls- the Big hall the small hall and a dinner hall. We also have a playing field with a tyre park in the corner, plus a play ground.
                                                   
           

Grange Park Primary school is the best school ever
I like everything except for school dinners! I like to go to school because I need to learn. I like literacy and art the best but I don’t like numeracy. I go to after school club every night except for Fridays where I learn Karate and how to use a computer in the CC4G club. I also do gymnastics with Mrs Carr. My teacher is Mrs Carr.
